See below.: Possibly, it is difficult to diagnose what the rash is without seeing it. Dermatitis herpetaformis is a skin condition associated with celiac disease which is similar to what was described. A biopsy with immuno fluorescence tests may be an option to sort out what is the culprit. Good luck.
