This is the free side of HealthTap where doctors give answers to health questions for free. We cannot prescribe medications here. You would need to do a paid consult in the internal medicine clinic on HealthTap in order for a doctor to prescribe for you and we would not be able to prescribe the alprazolam as this is not allowed. For that medication, you would need to see a doctor in person.
