Compassion: I regret that these days it's hard to sense human interest from providers of all services. You may find it's even worse for overweight women. A therapist/coach for assertiveness might help. Firm diplomacy - "I've had difficulty impressing Dr's of my fatigue and hope you will take it seriously. It's not my usual state. Please help and do tests." Prepare for diet/exercise advice (may be right!)
