Many possibilities.: Please keep working with your doctor to find a cause and treat the problem. Any list of possible diagnoses would be guesswork, however a very detailed history of when the symptoms occur and the events surrounding them may provide clues for your doctor.

More info?: Was the weight-loss intentional? If not, have u been eating? Does food affect the pain? How long does it last? How often? Anything make it better? Anything make it worse? Have you had any surgery ? How long has it been there? Have you tried any medications? Did they work? Does activity affect it? Occult hernias, dyskinetic gallbladders, etc may give u pain w normal studies. Process of elimin.
