See your GI: very little information to formed any opinion. the good news is you ruled out any complication from the upper endoscopy. if your diarrhea persisted you need to see your GI that did your scope and share this information with him

Why EGD?: The doctor who did EGD is the one one most suited to help you because he has all your history and must have a working plan for diagnosis and treatment of your illness. You need to tell us what took you to your doctor first time and why was the EGD done? There can be many reasons for diarrhea but most often it can be easily controlled with using over the counter medication like Loperamide(Imodium).
