B vits & TMG: The supplements proven to lower homocysteine are vitamins b6, B12 & Folic Acid as well as trimethylglycine. 30% of the population has difficulty converting Folic Acid to the active form l-5-mthf & many of these people have high homocysteine, so i advise taking l-5-mthf. There are good supplements designed to lower homocysteine, like homocysteine supreme by designs for health that include l-5-mtfh.
