If i have normal blood test levels of b vitamins such as b12 and b6, does that automatically mean i likely don't have high homocysteine? thanks!

No: There is more than one way for homocysteine level to be elevated. Homocysteine levels can be measured directly and you should talk to your doctor if testing is warranted. In any case, folic acid is more effective in reducing homocysteine levels.
