Depends: If the uterus is just mildly enlarged, or there is one or 2 small fibroids, it will probably have little effect. However, a large fibroid may cause some difficulty, esp. With implantation/placental ingrowth during early pregnancy. Please see your gynecologist and have a discussion about your concerns. A pelvic ultrasound or MRI would be helpful if not already completed.
