Not enough info: Polycystic ovarian syndrome is not diagnosed by ultrasound alone. Lab tests and symptoms such as irregular periods, abnormal hair growth weight gain are typical. Simply finding a polycystic ovary with no abnormal labs and symptoms is not an issue.
