A member asked:

If novasure did not fit evenly into a womb would the procedure still go ahead and if so wouldnt it be dangerous to ablate one side more than the other?

Not dangerous: Danger isnt the issue with an incomplete ablation. The issue is you may continue to have menstrual bleeding. The procedure will go ahead an ablate even if there is an uneven fit. That is ok. There are safety features in place to prevent activation if there is a hole in the uterus though. Novasure is not my favorite method for ablations but there is not a safety issue if one side was ablated better.
