Would a gynecologist or fertility specialist be able to tell if a woman had an endometrial ablation in the past during testing such as shg, hysteroscopy or even just ultrasounds? does the uterus look different after ablation?is it obvious?

Heavy bleeding. Endometrial biopsy showed polyp. Hysteroscopy/polypectomy done and Dr says my uterus lining looks irregular and has some scarring. Never had a D&C. What does irregular mean? Could this be hormonal? Im 45 and FSH is 66
