Technique: Novasure is one of the four ablation devices on the market. The technique is to wiggle the flat plate around to get it to fit into the cavity. The advantage of novasure is its speed (90 sec). The disadvantage is you often get an incomplete burn if it does not fit well into an individual uterine cavity.
