41y/o f had unsuccessful endometrial ablation now on tranexamic acid 650 mg. i have a lot of side effects on it and still bleed after period?

Transexamic acid: Increasing the dose of transexamic acid may produce more side effects. Consult the physician who performed the endo ablation, as it may be more effective to attempt another type of ablation procedure, or consider a minimally invasive laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomy.
