Simple treatments!: If you only have "dandruff sx, " really priasis, you can get a good effect with neutratar shampoos and their knock-offs, on a zinc pyrythione 1% shampoo. I have patients alternate every two days with great results. Ketoconazole shampoo works very well, but requires a prescription. I wager that these will work well!

Also consider...: Lice! in my area it is an epidemic among grade school aged children. If you're around any children, it might be worth combing through your hair with a lice comb to see if any of the little buggers are there. If so treat for lice and you're cured! and....Lice prefer clean hair to dirty hair so this suggestion is no judgment on you!
