Insect bites!: Often times, insects are the culprits of of a fine red itchy rash. Usually this is a local reaction, and does not involve the entire body. Very often, we see these rashes on the ankles lower legs and arms. I recommend Hydrocortisone cream, which is sold over-the-counter at most pharmacies.
