Throat clicking: Have your internist check you out. If the lymph nose is bigger than a cm you should observe it or try an antibiotic to see if it responds. If not see an ENT doctor who will check out your nose and throat. The clicking with swallowing may just be normal unless you have early arthritis which i doubt. An ENT will check that out.
