Is it changing?: The odds of antibiotics helping a 3 year old lymph node swelling is very low. More important is it actively inflamed hot tender or is it growing. If so you should have it looked at right away. You have enough concern about it that i suggest having a doctor check it just to alleviate your anxiety and be sure it is ok.
