Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine): Most likely the tolerance to Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) and other stimulants is temporary. Possibly the same with the Dopamine and noradrenaline receptors downregulation. If she would stop taking it, or switch to another stimulant, she would become sensitive as she was at the beginning.
