Are tyrosine supp. helpful to replenish dopamine after adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) use on days i don't eat enough protein (dietary sources of tyrosine/phenylalanine)?

No. : Trouble with protein supps is we are hoping the body converts them the way we need them to be. Also very few things cross the blood-brain barrier when doping is created so it is doubtful that that tyrosine supps will either.

Yes: L-tyrosine is a precursor to the stimulatory neurotransmitters Epinephrine and norepinephrine. Adderal, as you implied, depletes your brain and body supplies of these neurotransmitters. Adequate doses of l-tyrosine, in fact, may reduce or eliminate your "requirement" for adderal.
