Aldactone (spironolactone): The spironolactone (aldactone) frequently causes dizziness, particularly if your electrolytes become imbalanced, or your blood pressure drops. Wait for a few days of no medications, then try just the oral contraceptive. There are much better treatments for acne than spironolactone.
