NO: Hgh will not help and can cause severe medical problems. Also, you would have to obtain it illegally, which is not a good idea.

Bone scan: Any bone fracture should be long healed after two years and therefore asymtomatic (pain free). Jaw fractures are susceptible to chronic bone infection called osteomyelitis. A good physical exam and a bone scan will help rule out this condition. If the fracture involved the sensory nerve that runs in the jaw, the pain may be neurogenic in origin (dysesthesia). Both conditions are treatable.
