Yes & No: Yes, excessive growth hormone can affect your facial structure & appearance. Look at photos of patients w/acromegaly or excess gh. They all tend to have thickened brow ridges & enlarged cartilagenous structures (see http://www.Mayoclinic.Com/health/acromegaly/ds00478/dsection=symptoms). As for head size relative to height, i'm not aware of any link for those w/o acromegaly.
