Let's hope not!: Human Growth Hormone decreases as we pass our teens, so we don't have to worry about acromegaly, the two features you are talking about! Luckily, we are designed to have the right hormones working at the right time, to help repair our bodies at night when we are at rest, and doesn't compete with other hormones we need to age gracefully. Cranial capacity is a whole other discussion.

Not really: many different factors including genetics are involved in jaw size, cranial capacity. HGH is only one factor amongst many others
