Tmj?: You may have a combination of issues. The Motrin may help TMJ related issues but most likely not related to sleep apnea. You do not note what you are treating your apnea worth. If you have an oral appliance for the apnea that may need adjustment. You have.

Pressure = problem: Sleep apnea is a serious, potentially life-threatening sleep disorder. A person stops breathing for 10 seconds + during sleep. With each episode, the sleeper's brain briefly wakes up in order to resume breathing, resulting in extremely fragmented and poor-quality sleep. This effects the body, including the mouth. Ibuprofen (motrin) is an anti-inflammatory, causing relaxation. Get a sleep test!

Bruxism: Patients who have sleep apnea frequently are night tooth grinders! this is a reflex associated with an attempt to open the airway. It is very important for your health to get a sleep study with associated treatment for your sleep apnea. Once you get the sleep apnea under control, many other problems, even brutish, will disappear. Search out a dr. That specializes in sleep apnea asap!
