Get it removed: It will not typically resolve in its own if its been present that long. See an ophthalmic or plastic surgeon and get it removed.

Have it removed: See your ophthalmologist. Sometimes these can be removed in the office. The proceedure takes only 5 -10 minutes, and then your rid of it.
