I had a sty a few months ago, its healed since then..but is it normal for your eyelid to look a bit swollen or bigger after a sty has healed?

No: Normally, styes would resolve without consequences. Some, however, cause retention cysts called cholazion. I suspect this is what you're dealing with. It's treated with light massage and warm application. You may google it and see if it is what you have.
