Conjunctivitis : Probably an inflamed conjunctiva. You need to see your doctor as you may need an antibiotic. Good Luck

Swollen lid: Sounds like inflammation of meibomian gland.If so heat applications will help. However it is best if you see an ophthalmologist for a proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
