I develop swollen under my lower eyelids! when i blink it hurts and it's very red inside! i don't think it's a sty cuz there is no pimple there!

Internal sty: There are stys that are external (the pimple is easily seen) and those that are internal (the pimple is not visible, as in your case). I suspect this is the case for your condition. Warm compress the area, gentle massage and see ophthalmologist if symptoms are not improving in a day or two.
