Maybe: If you had long standing fluid in your ears in your childhood and recurrent ear infections that have not been addressed adequately in your childhood, then it may lead to hearing loss. But if this a newer onset hearing loss, it is unlikely to be secondary to dust mite allergy and can be temporary if your nasal congestion is well controlled.

Cannot diagnose: There are many possible causes for hearing loss, some readily reversible. You need to see an ENT doctor and be evaluated and treated. It is very unlikely that dust mite allergy is responsible, but there are first times for everything. Good luck.
