Yes: Dust mite allergy causes chronic nasal congestion which may lead to eutachian tube dysfunction and muffled hearing. Once you treat the underlying congestion, the hearing should return to normal. Headaches are also resulting from nasal congestion and fatigue is reported in all allergy sufferers. You should see an allergist to help you with your symptoms.
