Multiple causes: The temporomandibular joint can get stuck from a variety of reasons. The most common cause are tight muscles in your neck and jaw. When these muscles press on nearby nerves, you can get dizziness, headachess, and ringing in your ears. After checking with your doctor, ice, heat, and massage can be helpful.
