Sounds Serious: There are lots of relatively mild diagnosis for numbness, dry mouth and weakness in your arms and legs, but on the life threatening side, you could be having a stroke, or seizure. I would not spend time guessing, and would seek care immediately. It would be terrible if you died at your computer wondering if i was wrong.
