Do i have to take antibiotics (prevpac) for h.pylori if i don't have any ulcers or serious symptoms?

Yes: H. Pylori can cause serious future symptoms (ulcers, perforation, stomach cancer). Not treating it can adversely affect you in the future, even if you don't have symptoms today. My advice is to discuss your specific concerns with your doctor who prescribed it, and then to take it.
