Healthy diet: If you had hormonal testing showing that your thyroid and pituitary are working, then it isn't your metabolism making you gain weight. More likely, it is the kind of food you eat, rather than how much. Focus on getting a diet heavily loaded with fruits, veggies and whole grains. Limit red/processed meats and cheese. Eliminate sugar drinks and fast/processed foods altogether. Exercise every day!
