Need more info: Please ask for a consult with a neurologist. Mri findings and symptoms complicate the situation - need an in-depth workup. Dizziness can be caused by vestibular schwannoma (aka acoustic neuroma). Perhaps MRI finding is something else. Please keep seeing your health care provider(s).

Schwannoma: Vestibular schwannoma due to their location normally do not cause pain behind the eyes, they can cause hearing loss and dizziness b but not the pain you are describing.
