Dizziness Rx: It is possible that anxiety can cause symptoms of dizziness, but Mucinex (guaifenesin) probably would not. It is helpful that your tests were ok, that eliminates a lot of causes. Perhaps not it is time to get some therapy for your anxiety and some PT exercises for your dizziness.
