Call your dentist: It's probably some residual soreness related to the difficult extraction. There isn ot much that you can do other than otc pain medication. It's best to speak to the dentist who did the extraction rather than relying on internet service from dentists who never saw you in the first place and have little information to work with. Feel better and sorry we can't offer much more in the way of advice.

Might be prudent: To contact your dentist. Probably just part of the healing process given it was a "difficult" extraction, but better to have it checked out.

See your dentist: Sometimes this can happen after a difficult tooth extraction. It can take a couple weeks to feel better. Have your dentist follow you closely to make sure things are healing well.
