Pin in foot: That depends on a couple factors. Is it causing pain ? Is it near any vital structures like a nerve or artery ? Was there a reason for the x ray that discovered it ? My professional opinion is to have it removed as many times foreign bodies like a pin migrate - but you should discuss that with your doctor . Good luck !
