Bedroom eyes: Slight bilateral inferior scleral show, commonly known as "bedroom eyes" is a benign variant of eyelid anatomy. Without surgery, one could have eyeglasses made with base up prism incorporated on both eyes, forcing you to look down a little to see straight ahead, and reducing the scleral show. Follow any changes with an oculoplastic surgeon, who can measure you for diseases like thyroid orbitopathy.

Surgery likely: This as you know is called scleral show and relates to the fact that the lower lid sits above the lower edge of the cornea (colored part). This can attract attention, especially if on one side only. No medication will stop this but there are good surgical procedures to elevate the lid if you desire. Discuss this with your ophthalmologist.
