Seek evaluation: Since wellbutrin (bupropion) stopped working, it probably won't work by itself if you were to just restart it. That being said, there are many reasons why you may have felt worse after being on wellbutrin (bupropion) for two years [eg, perimenopausal, thyroid issues, stress.] it's best if you seek a specialized consultation with a psychiatrist to sort out why you haven't been feeling well, and what the next steps are.
