This drug: Because of its suspected action stimulates the sympathetic branch of the autonomic nervous system and it is that which initiates sweating.

Raynaud's: Persistent cold fingers and toes associated with pain, color changes, and tingling is consistent with raynaud's syndrome. Sweaty hands are not associated with it, so it is likely a separate issue. See your physician for further evaluation.
