Swelling : Fort swelling after a brain surgery coul occur due to various mechanisms: inactivity due to weakness in ultra affected leg, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, venous insufficiency or venous thrombosis. Check with primary physician to see if there is a need for further specialist care or diagnostic procedures. Wish him a speedy recovery.
