How can i increase my concentration power and meditation power ?

Not simple solution: If you want ' concentration and meditation power' it is not simple like going to a mall and buy it , you need years of training, hard work, renouncing all the best worldly things you enjoyed in your life, too many to list, which becomes nothing for you when you are ready for that stage , the nirvana that is what you are looking for.
