Routine: Rest up adequately. Plan your day carefully. Eat lightly and healthily. Exercise regularly. Take regular scheduled breaks from what you are concentrating on. Change locations if they are becoming an issue, or sometimes do that just for the environmental benefit. Remove distracting elements from your workplace.

Focus: Make. Sure you're getting adequate sleep. Avoid alcohol if you drink jupin have a cup of coffee before you start studies suggest that caffeine increases the focus and concentration. Take some multivitamins and fish oil. If these measures don't work than see your physician and get evaluated for adhd.
