Heart artery narrow: This term means that the coronary artery branch which feed the bottom/side wall of the heart has narrowing/"blockage" this finding is most likely made from a nuclear stress test. An angiogram would be a definitive test for the location, degree of blockage and if it can be safely opened with angioplasty and stent placement.
