A member asked:

If my test was positive for stress induced ischemia in the anteroseptal wall, what does that mean? have i ever had an heart attack before?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not necessarily: You need confirmatory testing for this abnormal finding. A high grade blockage in a heart artery could cause this even if you have not had a heart attack.
