Grazing Diet: Yes, this is a very common and successful way to live and to control both appetite and weight. Six meals of 300 to 400 calories will lead to a increase in your metabolism, increase in feeling full and not 'hungry'. Remember that your diet should consist of 60% protein calories and 25% carbohydrate calories.

Be discerning: You're almost grown up and I am sure you are learning that not everything people tell you is true. Anybody can make up something about what / when other people should / should not eat. Listen to your own body. If you are physically fit, your physician says you are healthy, and your body looks and feels right to you, whatever you are doing is probably right. Our food's oversalted; h20's a good idea.
