I eat 5 meals per day, i take plenty water but i usually have 1 bowel movement daily. sometimes i don't go at all throught a day. is that regular?

Yes: It is not necessary to have a bowel movement each day. In fact, some normal people only go once every three or four days, which is perfectly acceptable if that is their normal bowel pattern. As long as you are not having pain or other symptoms along with it, then I would not be concerned by your bowel movement frequency. Eat a lot of fiber. Good luck.
