Why is it that i don't have a big appetite? i eat only two sizeable meals a day and eat some fruit. i also drink a lot of water. i live a sedentary lifestyle, i sleep at 3am and wake up at 2pm. my meal time is eating at 3pm and then 9pm. concerning?
