Smear test was ok, bacteriological one too, i sill have chronic cervicitis. what could be causing it?

Not clear: Which smear test ? Pap smear ? When you say bacteriological, what do you mean ? Were the cultures taken ? In any event, this could all be due to the virus, or chlamydia, which are not going to show in cultures.
